Visibility
Summary
The Visibility Summary tracks all the major search engines and lists the percentage of keywords chosen to track as well as all the keywords untracked which led to a rank listing of your site.
Trend
The Visibility Trend report shows the monthly average visibility with the major search engines and shows which search engine ranks your site more often.
Analysis
The Visibility Analysis report tracks your ranking position and change on page 1-3 of each search engine for each reporting date based on the keyword list chosen to track.
Detail
The Visibility Detail report displays the specific keyword(s) chosen to track and lists the ranking and change of position for each keyword specifically.
URL Detail
The URL Visibility Detail report displays the ranking of each keyword based on the specific URL of the site to show the change of ranking of each specific URL in your site for each keyword tracked.
Email Visibility Report
The Email Organic report will send a detailed report to any email address with that describes what each keyword ranking is and a how it has changed in the time period chosen. It will list the search engine reporting, which keywords are in the top 10 position, which keywords have moved out of the top 10 position and any major position change for each keyword along with the results of all the keywords and their rank positions and changes for that time period.
Scheduled Ranking Report
You can also run a Ranking Report when you want it. Running the Ranking Report will immediately generate a report with your keywords. This process takes around 15 minutes to compile but it gets you the information you need NOW, rather than based on a specific schedule.
